Women’s Wellness Basket Giveaway

women's wellness basketMay is Women’s Health Month so we want to giveaway something special to one of the lucky women coming into Valeo Health and Wellness Center!

We’ve put together a special collection of items that center around women’s needs. The “basket” includes:

  • “Blessed is she who has believed” tote bag – women tend to carry a lot of things with them, both physically and emotionally. This is a great reminder than even when you feel like you can’t carry it all, God can.
  • One-hour massage with Michelle – who doesn’t need a massage with the stress of the world right now? Michelle is skilled in numerous types of massage, including Swedish, craniosacral, and myofascial release (just to name a few).
  • Valeo travel coffee mug – to keep your coffee or tea hot (or your water or iced beverage cold) so that you can keep up with your busy life (the one that doesn’t always allow you to finish your drink fresh out of the pot).
  • Edens Garden essential oils – We chose peppermint and lavender essential oils to give away. Why? Peppermint may help with IBS (a growing issue, especially among women), muscle aches, and headaches. Lavender is well-known for it’s use in relieving stress and improving sleep. It may also help relieve menstrual cramps.
  • Essential oil diffuser – Just in case you don’t already have a diffuser for those Edens Garden oils we included, too.
  • Premier Pink Salt – Premier Pink Salt is a crowd favorite at Valeo. We think a safe salt household staple, and adds great flavor to any meal (plus, it’s the part of Dr. Aaron’s not-so-secret anymore chicken wing recipe).
  • Optimal MagnesiumMagnesium is an incredibly important mineral for women’s health. Studies show it can help reduce PMS symptoms and symptoms of depression.
  • Vitamin D3 Drops – Many Minnesotans are deficient in Vitamin D, which is an essential vitamin for immune support, and our goal is always to help keep our patients healthy!
