Return Policy

We accept returns/refunds for unopened items purchased in-store, within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your supplements online, please refer to the supplement company’s website for their return policy. All sales final on supplements discounted 30% or greater.

Cancelled and Missed Appointment Policy

It has been a blessing and an honor to care for so many patients over the last 15+ years! In this past year, Valeo has grown in a way that can only be attributed to God and has allowed us to bring hope and healing to more and more people — some who travel hundreds of miles to receive care!

Due to the high demand for appointments, our waiting list of patients eagerly hoping for an appointment is growing. When appointments are cancelled last minute or missed, we don’t have the opportunity to reach out to those patients who are waiting to be seen and our practitioners are left with downtime that they’d prefer to use by helping patients.

We appreciate your understanding in Valeo implementing a cancellation and missed appointment fee of 50% of the appointment type charge when there is less than a 24-hour notice in non-emergency cases, effective Monday, 9/13/21.

We ask that you do your best to schedule according to your availability and to update us as soon as you know if there are changes to your appointment commitments.
