Ordering Your Supplements Directly

If you would like to order your supplements directly, please find the supplement brand/name below and follow the respective directions. This option is available to patients who have been seen by Dr. Aaron or Dr. Rob within the 12 months.

Please note that by signing up for a Patient Direct account, you are agreeing that a) you are a current patient of Dr. Aaron Morland or Dr. Rob Lindsey at Valeo Health and Wellness Center, b) you will only order the supplements recommended to you by your Valeo Health and Wellness Center provider, c) you have informed your Valeo Health and Wellness Center provider of all other medications you are currently taking, and d) you will update your Valeo Health and Wellness Provider of any change in medical condition or status, along with all other agreements outlined in the below company’s Terms of Use and/or Terms and Conditions.

By signing up for any of the below, you also acknowledge that supplements purchased through any of the patient direct portals below cannot be returned to Valeo Health and Wellness Center. Please see each company’s respective return policy to determine whether or not supplements can be returned directly to the company.

Apex Supplements

1. Email info (at) valeowc (dot) com to request HCP code 
2. A staff member will verify that you are a current patient (within 1 year) of Valeo, and send you the code 
3. Go to myhcpstore.com and enter code 
4. Choose supplements you wish to purchase 
5. Complete account with name, address, etc. at checkout

Reminder that products purchased online cannot be returned to Valeo. Please note Apex’s return policy (found here).

Biotics Research Supplements

1. Email info (at) valeowc (dot) com with subject line “Biotics Patient Direct Request”
2. A staff member will verify that you are a current patient (within 1 year) of Valeo, and send you the link to create an account.

Premier Research Labs Supplements

1. Email info (at) valeowc (dot) com with subject line “PRL Patient Direct Request”
2. Include your full first and last name, preferred phone number, preferred email address, and full mailing address
3. Allow 2-3 business days to be notified that your account has been created, or to provide further information if deemed necessary

Seeking Health Supplements

2. Include your full first and last name, and preferred email address
3. Allow 2-3 business days to be notified that you are invited to create a Fullscript Account

Standard Process Supplements

1. Register for a patient direct account here.
2. Enter Valeo’s Patient Direct Code JPSYZH
3. Enter your pertinent information.
4. An email is automatically sent to Valeo for approval. This can take up to 2 business days for patients with recent office visits, and up to 5 business days for patients who have not recently been seen by a Valeo Health and Wellness Center practitioner. Please be patient. You will be notified when your account is approved.
5. Do not order more than you need; patient direct orders cannot be returned.

Including Biofilm Defense, CoCurcumin, CogniAid, GI Revive, NeuroMag, Ther-Biotic and RAW Probiotics.
