Men’s Health Basket

June at Valeo Health and Wellness Center is all about Men’s Health and how to support it.

To celebrate the month, we are giving away a Men’s Health Basket to one of our lucky male patients. (Don’t worry – the women all had their chance at the Women’s Wellness Basket last month!)

What does this Men’s Health Basket include?

  • $50 Gift Card to REI
    • Use it for whatever you need to enjoy the good old outdoors this summer.
  • Wooden Grill Scraper
    • Out with the old grill brush and in with the new grill scraper! Those old brushes with wire can be a potential health hazard. If any piece of the wire breaks off and gets into food, and makes it into your system, it can really wreak havoc on your body and do some serious damage. We love this safer option that keeps you grilling all summer long, worry free.
  • Organic Bulletproof Coffee
    • If you need a boost in the mornings, Bulletproof coffee is a perfect pick-me-up. It’s all organic and has been tested to ensure it’s free from mold toxins (which can be a problem with some coffees).
  • Valeo Travel Coffee Mug
    • We heard it pairs well with the Bulletproof coffee
  • Blue Ice Fish Oil
    • In case you haven’t heard how great Fish Oil is for health, we’ll keep it simple: It supports your brain, heart, and immune system. It’s a staple supplement for good health.
  • Pink Salt
  • Cooler
    • We didn’t think the guys would be interested in a wicker basket or a shoulder bag, and a cooler is always helpful when packing your own healthy snacks for work or a day out on the lake.

Want to enter? Stop by Valeo for your appointment to submit your name in the drawing. Doing Distance Care? Don’t worry – we will add it for you!

Update 7/2/20: Congratulations to Matt T. for winning the Men’s Health Basket! Enjoy!
