It’s Too Late

How many times have you said or heard, “it’s too late”?

Maybe you’ve felt like it’s too late to learn a new sport. Or to start a new career. Maybe you’ve felt like it’s too late to to start saving for retirement, that it won’t really make a difference at this point.

… Or, maybe, you’ve felt like it’s too late to do anything about your health.

In light of COVID-19, many Americans feel like they’ve might have surpassed the opportunity to successfully fight the virus. We know that very prevalent conditions in the US like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity contribute to complications if someone contacts the virus. Is it too late for people who struggle with these conditions? Is it too late to change their path and start a trajectory to good health?

We’re here to tell you why it’s NOT too late.

We’ve Seen Success (Again and Again)

We know that it isn’t too late because we’ve seen people change their health. Time and time again, patients find our office. They are battling autoimmune disease, chronic disease, achiness, fatigue, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, or sometimes symptoms that they don’t understand and seem to have no explanation.

We’ve seen these patients improve — some rapidly and some gradually — to the point of being symptom free or being able to go off medications. Many of them are eventually able to manage their condition naturally. Often, these patients will end up telling us that things they hadn’t realized were a problem were better! For example, they hadn’t realized how poor their sleep was until they started sleeping better. They hadn’t realized how tired they were all day until they started to experience better energy… they hadn’t realized how much they had lost hope until they found a glimmer of it in their improving symptoms.

How Do We Do It

We focus on finding the root of the problem rather than simply treating symptoms. We take a whole-person approach to understanding the broader spectrum of your health. At Valeo, we put the pieces together to get a full picture of what contributes to your symptoms. This allows us to target what needs to happen in order to improve.

Our team of practitioners is able to help patients with their whole health. We have DCs who are able to address musculo-skeletal issues and assess internal functions. Our massage therapists can address stress, emotions, muscle tension and more through bodywork. Our health coach comes alongside our patients to support them through difficult lifestyle changes. And our front desk staff are always welcoming and willing to lend an ear. No matter which employee you encounter, we are here for you.

Being a God-centered facility, our whole-person approach includes praying with and for our patients, with their permission. God knows our bodies most intricately, so we also pray for guidance and wisdom for our own practitioners while we work with patients.

How To Get Started

If you have any questions, you can call our front desk at 952-949-0676 and speak with Amy or Lori, who can help guide you on which practitioner can best address your health needs. Then, you can set up a new patient exam (all of which are 50% off during April 2020), in which the practitioners will learn more about your health history and your current health situation.
