How Do You Know You’re Healthy?

Do you know if you are healthy?  How do you know?  Did you know that most chronic illnesses start 20-30 years before any symptoms show up?  When is the best time to discover these health issues – after you have had symptoms or by having testing done that can determine things earlier?

Get Ahead of Symptoms with a Physical Exam

At Valeo, we see people everyday who are suffering from significant health issues; many of which started years before the person had any symptoms.  Most, if not all, wish they had discovered the problem when it first started, but they had no idea that there were certain tests and questionnaires that would have helped discover the problem earlier. Scheduling a yearly physical exam is a simple and important way to monitor your health and catch potential health risks early on.

During March, we would like to give your family and friends a chance to make sure their body is functioning properly by offering a physical exam. These examinations cover the same things a physical at a conventional medical practice cover, with the benefit of assessing several additional areas, such as diet, musculo-skeletal health, and brain health.
