Many store-bought dressings contain unhealthy ingredients like corn syrup, inflammatory oils, artificial coloring, or artificial flavors. • 1/2 C. filtered water
  • 1/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled
  • sea salt to taste

Place all ingredients in Vitamix until very smooth and creamy. Add salt to taste and blend again. Enjoy!
