Turkey Sausage

  • 2 lb. meat (ground chicken or turkey)
  • 2 T. fresh apple juice
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp. fresh sage
  • 2 tsp. fresh marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt, pepper

Make patties 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. Cook in small amount of olive oil in skillet on low-medium until brown on both sides. Enjoy!
