- 2 lb. meat (ground chicken or turkey)
- 2 T. fresh apple juice
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme
- 2 tsp. fresh sage
- 2 tsp. fresh marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- salt, pepper
Make patties 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. Cook in small amount of olive oil in skillet on low-medium until brown on both sides. Enjoy!
